Professor of Machine Intelligence at Olympus Mons University. Captain Shorrock of the A.U.S. Sad Heart. Frank Rivers. Brother of Ernest and also an Ace Pilot. AUS Ambassador. In charge of dealing with both Bloogles and Nor-Am, and technically head of the mission to this planet. Nor-Am Ambassador. Here to represent Nor-Am's interests, and coordinate assistance to AUSSIE mission.
